First air service for Rewa
In this winter schedule, flight service will also be started from Indore to Rewa, which was never operated till now. This will be a big relief and convenience for the passengers of Rewa. Along with this, flights to Nashik, Jammu and Udaipur which were closed earlier are also expected to start again. Airlines companies take permission from both the Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and the airport management to operate new flights. Approval has been received from both the airports for flight services to Navi Mumbai and Rewa and now airline companies will prepare the schedule of flights and inform the airport.
84 flights are currently operational, new service for Goa also
Let us tell you that currently a total of 84 flights are being operated from Indore Airport. Most of these flights are for Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru. A new flight is also going to start from Indore to Goa in the month of October, which will be very beneficial for both tourism and business travelers.
International flights status
Currently, only one international flight is being operated from Indore, which is to Sharjah. After the opening of Navi Mumbai Airport, there will be more opportunities for international connectivity as many international flights will be started from there, which will provide more options and convenience to the passengers of Indore for traveling abroad.
