Vivek started his career with the movie The President is Coming in the year 2009, which was directed by Kunaal Roy Kapur starring actress like Shernaz Patel. He was also seen working movies like SIR (2018), Court (2014) and many more.
In 2020 he was seen playing the role of Arun in the web series A Suitable Boy which is based on the novel by Vikram Seth. The series was directed by Mira Nair and Shimit Amin, which starred actors like Tabu, Ishaan Khatter, Rasika Dugal and many more.
His debut movie as producer was Court which released in the year 2014, the movie was directed by Chaitanya Tamhane. Vivek also played the role of protagonist in the movie.
