On the other hand, if your luggage is more than 35 kg and up to 70 kg, then you will have to pay an extra charge. But let us tell you that if the weight is more than 70 kg.
So you will have to send the luggage in the reserve luggage van. That too by booking it separately. Generally, no one weighs the luggage before boarding the train. If you are carrying more than 35 kg of luggage in second class and have not booked it in advance, you may be fined if caught. If the luggage is between 35 and 45 kg, a small charge will be levied.
