The benefit of this scheme will be given to people between the age of 18 to 60 years who are going to work in the private sector for the first time. The benefit of this scheme will be given only to those people whose annual income is less than Rs 1 lakh. It is necessary for the employee taking benefit to be associated with Employee Provident Fund Organization i.e. EPFO.
Apart from this, it is also necessary that their bank account is linked to Aadhaar card. The benefit of PM Vikas Bharat Rojgar Yojana will be given to both the employee and the company.
The beneficiary will be given financial assistance of Rs 15,000 in 2 installments. In this, the first installment of Rs 7,500 will be given after completing 6 months of job. The second installment will be given after completing 12 months of job.
