NHAI’s Clean Toilet Challenge 2025 is a campaign where you can complain about poorly cleaned toilets on national highways by submitting geo-tagged and timestamped photos. After your complaint is verified, you will receive a free FASTag recharge of ₹1,000.
Where to upload the photo?
First, download the latest version of the RajmargYatra App and create an account with your mobile number. Next, upload a clear, geo-tagged, and time-stamped photo of the dirty toilet.
How to click geo-tagged and time-stamped photos?
First, turn on GPS on your mobile. Then, open the camera app and go to settings and turn on Save Location or Geo-tagging. By doing this, the location will automatically be added to the photo when taken. Also, in settings, there is an option for Date & Time watermark. Turn it on. Now, open the camera app and take a clear picture of the toilet, in which the toilet appears dirty. Make sure that the date and time of your mobile are set correctly so that the photo is time-stamped.
How to upload the photo?
You now have a geo-tagged and timestamped photo of the dirty toilet. You need to upload this photo to the app. To do this, first open the app and search for the Report Dirty Toilet section. Then click on Upload Photo or Add Complaint. Upload your geo-tagged and timestamped photo. Enter the toilet’s National Highway number or location along with the photo. The NHAI team will then verify your photo and location. After verification, a free recharge of ₹1000 will be credited to your FASTag account.
