While studying, she did ballet and attended the Academy of Dance at the University of Music and Performing Arts Mannheim. Devrim began her acting journey with feature film of the ZDF television series Aktenzeichen XY … unsolved in 2014. Later she appeared in German television series Unter Verdacht: Verlorene Sicherheit as Aleyna Kara in the year 2017. She subsequently appeared in Immortality as Mia and Die Kanzlei as Tonja. Her first feature film was In Wahrheit: Still ruht der See starring Christina Hecke, Rudolf Kowalski, Jeanne Goursaud and Robin Sondermann. In 2019, she played titular role in British film Carmilla starring Jessica Raine, Hannah Rae and Tobias Menzies.

Devrim played the role of Elisabeth von Wittelsbach in Netflix’s original television series The Empress in 2022.
