Under these rules, the booking limit has also been fixed.If you book tickets in Tatkal, then let us tell you that Aadhaar authentication has become necessary for this. That is, if your IRCTC account is not linked to Aadhaar, then you will not be able to book tickets. Now you will not be able to book Tatkal tickets beyond a fixed limit.
Railways has now set a new limit for Tatkal ticket booking. This means that no person will be able to book Tatkal tickets more than a certain number of times. This rule has been brought especially for those users who repeatedly book many tickets in a fraudulent manner.
Let us tell you that according to the new rules of the railways, now any person will be able to book only two tickets in a day under Tatkal. Tatkal tickets of maximum 4 passengers can be booked on one ticket i.e. one PNR. Tickets for maximum 8 passengers can be booked on two tickets.
If you want to book tickets beyond the oil limit, then you will have to use another account. Only then will you be able to book tickets. Or you will have to book tickets from the counter. Or you will have to book tickets from an authorized agent.
