Things You (Probably) Didn’t Know About D&D’s Vecna

The fourth season of Stranger Things continues the tradition of attributing a Dungeons & Dragons monster to the “big bad,” and this time, it’s Vecna. For the most part, the Vecna in the game is very different from the character in the show, leaving fans to wonder why the kids chose that name.

Vecna must be one terrible monster or villain to earn that distinction… especially after the Mindflayer and Demogorgons nearly killed everyone in town.
