Apart from this, there are several major festivals in this month, due to which the sequence of holidays will continue to be long. Festivals like Ganesh Chaturthi (27 August) and Haritalika Teej are the special festivals of this month.
In August, there will be Sunday holidays on August 17 and August 24. Apart from this, there will be holidays for Independence Day on August 15, Janmashtami on August 16, and Ganesh Chaturthi on August 27. In between all these holidays, weekend planning will become easier for students and parents and will also help children to balance studies and rest.
