School Closed: Cloudburst in Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand on Tuesday has caused massive destruction. There was a sudden flood in Dharali after heavy rains, due to which many houses were destroyed. The Meteorological Department has issued an ‘Orange Alert’ for heavy rain in seven districts including Nainital, Champawat, Udham Singh Nagar, Bageshwar, Pauri, Tehri, Haridwar and Dehradun.
